From 2020, there will finally be an effective prevention program against stress and burnout, which will be accessible to all those with statutory social insurance as part of an outpatient preventive service, formerly an open spa treatment, in accordance with §23 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V). We are talking about AGES – Active against exhaustion and stress.
The cure consists of two parts:
